Their mission is to supply "exceptional quality and renowned customer service". Their collections are high-end, with a European flair. In addition to furniture, there are rugs, curtains, bedding, lighting, bath, kitchen, gardening products and more. The items featured on the site are listed by category, with photos that can be made larger with a zoom view. Full descriptions and dimensions are provided, down to the most minute detail. The period, style and origin of each item are listed, along with the wood and finish used for every handcrafted piece. Help is available via phone, email or online chat and returns on orders are within 6 months of delivery date. Horchow.com's collections are beautifully put together on this site. You can see the item in a room setting, giving a perspective on how it would look in your home. Their sale and special values are worth making a note of.
