Dorado Chocolates –   DoradoChocolates.com - uses the best old world methods in creating a signature product and melds that with American classics, for a delicious range of confections.  Owner Ken Kossoudj learned the nuances of creating superb chocolate at the knee of his grandfather, a chocolatier and later with professional training in Paris.  Dorado's high-end chocolates are a favorite of our staff, particularly the handcrafted French method truffles, infused with herbs, spices and teas.  Chocolate bars, almond butter crunch toffee and assorted boxed chocolates are just a few of the specialties found at DoradoChocolates.  We do love a good mug of hot chocolate here at The Ratings Guy and chocolate covered marsh mallows, dropped into a mug of hot milk, certainly does it for us.
