World Hum – Resource site for destinations.  WorldHum.com is a great online travel magazine site, featuring "stories that reflect the reason we travel."

"Every journey, no matter how near or far, has the potential for a life-changing moment."  This site highlights explorers, the world and all its wonders.

They focus on destinations, providing tips on where to stay and what to do when you are there.  You can read travel articles on recent dispatches featured or their web log, indexed by destination.  Browse topics such as, how to, great travel book section, a Q & A and Rolph's picks.  Rolph's picks, allows the reader to speak to a traveler on the road, or enjoy reading the submissions from the speakers corner.

As with most of these great sites we have found, they all have one thread in common.  They began with a small group of like minded people, who live to travel and went on to make it their life's work. 

Worldhum.com, is one such site, combining practical travel advice and articles based on first hand knowledge.  I would recommend Worldhum.com as a great resource site for anyone planning a trip.
